The Norman Chapter is a non-profit organization. The Bylaws
state that the PURPOSES of the Chapter shall be to promote the purposes
and objectives of MOAA; foster fraternal relations among active, retired
and former officers of the uniformed services; protect the rights and 
interests of the uniformed services and their dependents and survivors 
and serve the community and the nation.
